Please do not make verbal reservations with the staff, as these may be forgotten or lost. Regular Dinner Reservations Sunday Brunch Reservations, Holiday and Special Events bstwfoodreservations@blueskiestx.org ~ Dining Services Reservations Closing Times ~ Please, adhere to the reservation closing times listed below. Reservation Closing Times are: Daily reservations, please reserve by 2pm Sunday Reservations by 6pm the Saturday before Holidays Reservations by 12pm (noon) the Wednesday before Special Event Reservations by 12pm (noon) the Wednesday before To allow all residents the opportunity to enjoy our beautiful lake views, the Dining Room does not maintain standing reservations for particular tables for any meal period. Breakfast and lunch are general seating and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Placements for dinner are done on a first-call basis with reservations placed first and walk-ins secondary or as tables are reset. We honor requests as thoroughly as possible. Dinner service seating is in 15 minute time intervals. Time intervals allow the staff time to provide the best service for residents during each interval prior to receiving more tables. ~ Evening Meal Reservations - Dining Services highly recommends making a reservation for the evening meal service. We base our staffing and kitchen needs by the number of people for whom we have reservations. Unexpected arrivals compromise our services of both wait and kitchen staff. Please, remember to make your evening reservations before 2pm. ~ Dress Code Reminder - Please be courteous of your fellow residents by following the posted Dress Code for the Main Dining Room. The Dress Code is posted at both entrances to the Main Dining Room. Also please keep in mind to remind your guests. BSTW Bon Appetit 1
