We base our staffing and kitchen needs by the number of people for whom we have reservations. Unexpected arrivals compromise the quality of service for both wait and kitchen staff. Thursday, Friday and Saturday Dining Seating Times Are: 4pm, 4:30pm, 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm and 6:30pm Reservation Closing Time: 2pm Sunday Brunch Dining Seating Times Are: 11am, 11:30am, 12pm, 12:30pm, 1pm Reservation Closing Time: Saturday 6pm Please Note: Reservations are not needed for any of the themed buffets. ~Sky Lounge Thursday Buffet~ Sky Lounge will be Buffet Style on Thursdays until further notice.
