2 Indian food has a depth and flavour which is second to none. It can be particularly flavoursome and welcoming when prepared by our talented masterchefs. It also has a great sense of history and tradition, which is about gracious hospitality, sharing with family and friends and enjoying what comes naturally. This is what the essence of Indian dining is all about and here at Blue Diamond we would like to share that pleasure with you. From delicious and zesty puris to wonderful starters, Smokey kebabs and classic, finger licking curries and sizzlers.

TIKKA Diced boneless meat marinated in fresh aromatic spices barbecued in the clay tandoori. served with salad. CHICKEN LAMB FISH KING PRAWN RAJ RANI HAWELI Fried chicken breast with green chilli. SPICY CHEESEY CHICKEN Chicken breast pieces with fresh green chilli, marinated, grilled and finally garnished with melted cheese served with pepper fried onion and salad. GARLIC MUSHROOMS Pan fried with aromatic spices and garlic. Served with salad. ONION BHAJI Shredded onion mixed with freshly ground spices bound with gram flour and deep fried until crisp and golden. MACHLI ALOO FISH CAKES Fish cakes made from flakes of fish freshly ground herbs spices and potatoes coated in bread crumbs. BIRIYANI VEGETABLE CHICKEN LAMB PRAWN CHICKEN TIKKA LAMB TIKKA KING PRAWN MIXED Cooked and baked with basmati rice and served with vegetable curry a prestigious dish historically served at moghul empire occasions.
