12 General information Before coming please, call us and concert a visit at the venue. The wedding tasting will take place three months before the wedding day, in which bride and groom are invited with their parents. The menu tasting will take place in can jubany (calldetenes) or in hotel mas albereda (sant julià de villatorta) on wednesday or thursday. The kids will be served a special menu which will be equivalent to the 50% off of the cost of the chosen menu. The staff menu (photographers, video, drivers ) will be equivalent to the 50% off of the cost of the chosen menu. Important details The recpetion will be considered as booked once the deposit payment takes place. If new material decoration details are added, the bride and groom will be pay it by their own. The prices of this year will not be the same as the one before. Every year will be increased according to the market prices. These prices are subject to variations according to market price, but will be not notified. Six days before the wedding day the final number of diners will be provided. Three days before the wedding day the final number of diners will be confirmed for the final invoice. The banquet will be totally paid the day before the wedding. Friday and Saturday weddings that do not reach 120 guests will charge the entire menu up to 120 guests. Weddings from Sunday to Thursday the minimum is 65 guests.
