We cook traditional, contempary and modern. Sustainability and regionalism is given a lot of space by purchasing raw materials from local producers; and lived where possible. When creating our menu, we pay attention to the appreciation of our food. Upon request, we prepare the labeled dishes gluten-free lactose-free. F seasoning we use Ursalz.
